Background Searches
Airmax Investigations utilises
computerised database searches in order to obtain background or
profile information on a particular subject/claimant. This is
provided as a comprehensive Report, and when available containing
the information such as current address information, historical
address information, real properties, deeds transfers, vehicles,
bankruptcies. Plus, the names of an individual’s relatives, other
people who have used the individuals addresses. Collection of
personal information will only be by lawful and fair means and not
in an unreasonably intrusive way.
Insurance
Investigations
Investigation of a claimant’s
current activities as related to his or her present medical
condition and alleged physical impairments is a vital tool to
determine further file strategy. Airmax Investigations perform such
investigations in a thorough manner. We construct an overview of
what a claimant’s current activities appear to be in relationship
to their alleged impairment. When it is indicated that a
claimant’s activities may exceed his or her alleged restriction, or
the subject’s activities are not consistent with their alleged
impairment, surveillance is recommended. We report our
findings in a clear and concise fashion, to further assist you in
determining your possible options.

In addition, activity
checks are conducted to determine if further investigative efforts
are needed. These checks serve as a "snapshot" of a claimant's
activity at a point in time on a given day. Our investigator(s)
arrive early and if the claimant is active, remain in observance
until activity ceases. Video surveillance and other techniques are
employed as appropriate.

Sickness
Absenteeism
Where an employer
suspects their employee who is off work sick is not as sick as they
are stating, and could be working elsewhere. If misconduct found we
provide video evidence of them working elsewhere, or doing tasks
that clearly wouldn’t be possible if they were as incapacitated as
stated to employer.
 Child Custody and Welfare
Investigations
In case of a
divorce or separation, child custody investigations can provide
assurance that the Family Court orders are upheld in accordance
with the judgements. We determine what the child/children
experience is like with a custodial or non-custodial parent. Should
there be suspicions or you require peace of mind, we find out
whether a parent is treating the child well or not. Using covert
surveillance it can be determined what happens when a parent is
with the child. This may include reckless driving, criminal
activity, alcoholism, neglect, or other activities that may affect
a child's welfare. Based on the information and evidence gathered,
parents and courts can determine what to do to ensure the child's
safety.
Child Support Investigations
If your child’s
other parent is not making payments for child support*, but
continues to earn income in some form, we may be able
to help you collect. Our
job is to get you as much information as possible about them.
In-turn you can get the legal system and/or Child Support Agency
(CSA) to take action and obtain your child’s
money.
Although your ultimate goal is
to get payment of child support, there may be many different
approaches to reach that goal. Sometimes getting the name of the
employer and providing it to a lawyer who specialises in family law
and/or the CSA is enough. Other times, you may need proof when the
other parent is actively trying to hide their income from you.
These cases can be more involved. We can help with either extreme.
Our services are provided in several ways, depending on what you
believe the other parent is doing and how much information you
already know.

and will endeavor to give you an indication as to whether our
private investigation services are right for you. It is then up to
you whether you wish to meet at a neutral location of your choice
where we can take more detailed information about the investigation
and explain how we can help and the costs involved.

meeting is in the form of an informal chat and does not commit you
to using our services. If at any time during or after the meeting
you wish to employ our investigation services then we will be happy
to oblige. It is a requirement to sign an Investigation Service
Agreement, this is for your protection and
ours.

are many reasons why a person would hire a private investigator to
locate someone, and the reason dictates how a locate investigation
is conducted, and what information is provided to the client upon
completion of the investigation.
If a
client wants to reconnect with a friend, relative, or past
associate, etc., Airmax Investigations will attempt to make
contact with the subject, and provide the subject with the contact
information of the client. This type of locate investigation
is normally conducted utilizing available database information,
both public and private, and through other electronic
means.
